Happy holidays everyone! Its been weeks since i last posted on this site, months since i last updated the resources! I’ve been gone for a long time or at least it feels like it. I want to start updating again, don’t want to let this site die. Tons of you still visit here and i appreciate it so i want to give something back to ya’ll. I will start updating soon, and hopefully i can contact some of my affiliates / blog buddies to reconnect. Post a comment if you want me to update something in particular. Weird feeling and unexpected.

I wish i didn’t have to say this but my inspiration for this has completely died. I no longer crave making resources or even checking the site. Its a very weird feeling for me because everyday i would get online and come here fist and thinking of what to update or updating and these past few weeks have been different. I don’t even know what happen but i lost interest a lot and i don’t think ill update anymore so enjoy what i have to offer now. My new inspiration is NAILS. Yes its weird too because I’ve never been a girly girl or into beauty related stuff and now i love doing my nails so if you want to check out what i’m up to visit my nail blog i have tutorials on nail art, i will do product reviews and other fun stuff so go check it out click here. I been slacking on writing a blog. I have nothing else to write about if it isn’t about nail art and i honestly don’t want to annoy you guys with the same subject, i rather not write anything i guess. I do want to share that i made a new blog just for my nail art subject, so in my new blog i will have nail art tutorials, reviews and more so if you’re interested make sure you check that out even though its not up yet i will let you know what’s the link so click here to see.
In another note, i’m thinking of what to update or what new thing to add to my site beside what i already have and i’m talking about resources here. I also was thinking.. well actually i been taking forever to do this but I’ve been thinking for a while now that i want to make premium WP themes for blogs and web-stores that way i can help my self with money problems that I’ve been having. Is that a good idea? Hmm.

Have I mentioned I’m really bad when it comes to starting writing a blog? I have all these thoughts that i want to share but once im about to start typing my mind goes blank. Whats wrong with me? Well there’s this “best site of 2011″ competition going on and i wanted to ask for your help, please vote for me if you want to help me win. Only vote once or I will get points taken off, click here to vote. Another exiting news i wanted to share (well exiting for me actually) is that i received some packages for my nail art supplies I was very exited when I checked the mail and saw i had received it. I got it last week but i didn’t have time to blog about it, i also made a new design on my nails. I used the youtube tutorial that i had shared with you guys a few blogs back. I think they turned out nice i cant wait to do more if you would like to help me even more, please help by clicking my ads. I’m going to be saving up my google ads checks so i can buy me a camcorder to do nail art tutorials in the future.

In another note, terday i went shopping with my mom and i bought me two books. “Marley & Me” and “Columbine” I’ve never seen the movie marley&me but i know its very sad, so i wanted to read the book first and then watch the movie if i have the guts. I honestly hate movies that make me cry, they’re beautiful but i hate when there’s sad endings The other book Columbine is about a shooting at a school that happen in 1999 so its based on true events. Story Wiki I’ve seen the documentary on tv and read a few articles about this but I think a book always has more details and information about it so i bought it for only 1.00 USD I also got the other book for the same price, the prices where reduced from 7.99usd and 27.99usd which is great.

I’m still waiting for my nail art supplies that i ordered from ebay a week ago, they said the packages would take up to 3 weeks to get here (usa) since they are coming from Hong Kong. Only one package was suppose to get here the same week because it came from the same country and i did not get it last week! So i’m worrying now, maybe ill get it today since its Monday already. I ordered 100 fimo canes they were really cheap i cant quite remember the price though. Anyway, my last nail art “design” was really bad so I’ve been doing other designs on my nails, here are two of my favorites that I’ve done recently click and click. I think im getting a little better, I actually made a video tutorial for the first design i made but i havent had time to edit it so maybe in the next few days ill upload it on youtube. On this photo you can see a nail with the Sally Hansen crackle nail polish it looked pretty cool. I want to buy the Crackle Kit where all the rest of the colors come because i only have the black one, so maybe i can find it on ebay soon. Another quick note, i decided not to move my blog to a subby. I thought about it and realized it was a waste of space if i can just continue to keep blogging here, i just wanted to separate my blog from resources but never mind.

Having a sister who does nails and being around them got me inspired. Only thing, that my sister does acrylic nail art and i got into the “normal” kind of nail art (if that’s how you even say it lol) to make you understand better I like to work on my own nails and not fake nails. I’m not even joking when i say i love nail art i literally spend hours on youtube looking at nail art tutorials. My nails were super short just a few weeks ago and for this i have let my nails grow. Having a habit of biting you nails is not easy to stop doing and i finally achieve it. This is how my nails where before i let them grow, and its the very first nail “design” i made when i was burly starting to get into it. Click here and as you can see my nails where short to the extreme, my fingers even looked like if they grew more than my nails did HAHA. That photo was taken in February. Unfortunatly i did not start letting my nails grow then so my nails aren’t very long yet. Then on April i did my nails again and they were a bit longer, click here to see. And after that i kinda gave up on the nail thing because i did not have any nail art materials and i went back to my old habit of biting my nails. Until a few weeks ago maybe three, i decided i wanted to give this another try and decided to let my nails grow again YAY ahaha so last night i went on ebay and bought a lot of stuff to start doing my nails. I got dotting tools, stamping plates, nail polishes and a few other stuff. Now i cant wait for the stuff to arrive. On Saturday i was going insane wanting to make something on my nails so i decided to give it a try xD with out good nail supplies. I drew a little flower on my nails and added a few dots around it, here is how they turned out click here. I know they look really bad because i didn’t use a dotting tool BUT once i get the stuff i ordered i know i’m going to try this again and they will look much better. If i get good at it, i might even post video tutorials on youtube, you know what they say “dream big”.

This is one of my favorite tutorials on youtube, i’m so going try it when i get my supplies.

In another note, i’m going to be moving my blog to a sub-domain so i can separate my resource site from my blogs. It should be something like blog.punk-rose.com or punk-rose.com/blog it should only take me a few days to get everything set up, meanwhile you can still comment here. After i have moved to the subby i will only post resource updates on the index of punk-rose and my blog buddy’s will be linked on my subby all other link exchanges will stay here.

10 Awesome Things.

First of all i wanted to let you guys know that I’ve renewed punkrose for another year! I still had a few months before it expired but i decided to renew it early this year because i had the money so why not now instead of waiting for the last minute. Now it expires on December 2012. I cant believe punkrose is almost two years old. I honestly didnt think i would last with this site when i first started since it was not much of a blog. I’m thinking of having another domain giveaway this year like i did last but i’m not sure yet. Anyway here are some things from “The Book of Awesome” that i have to agree on being totally awesome.

1. When you’re really tired and about to fall asleep and someone throws a blanket on you. This has happen to me before where i’m sleeping in the couch and my mom throws a blanket on me, it feels amazing.

2. When the dog’s really excited you’re back home. I have a doggy and she goes wild when i get home from where ever i was, she jumps and runs around. I get happy and exited with her.

3. Emptying the recycling bin on your computer. I really enjoy doing this, im not exactly sure why which is really weird but i love the feeling of knowing the recycling bin is empty.

4. Sleeping with one leg on top of the covers and one leg under them. This is me every night, i don’t like to feel cold but i also don’t want to be hot. This is the perfect way of sleeping for me.

5. When if feels like the lyrics of a song where made just for you. I always find songs like this where it feels like songs where made just for me and i can relate to them.

6. When a cop finally passes you after driving behind you for a while. I don’t drive but when i’m in the car with someone and i see a cop i get nervous for no reason, i try to act normal like if i’m doing something wrong when i’m actually not. The feeling of a cop leaving is great.

7. Finding money you didn’t even know you lost. My room gets really messy sometimes and when i clean it i always find a few dollars that i though i wasted a long time ago or that i couldn’t remember where i put them.

8. Getting in a line just before it gets really long. I’m a very impatient person, i get annoy of really long lines and crowded places, i rather leave the store if there’s a long line.

9. Taking your bra off after wearing it for hours. Haha, ladies do i have to explain this one?

10. When you know your TV remote so well you don’t need to look at the buttons. I love this one, its true. I don’t have to look at my remote when i’m watching tv I know it all by memory.

Wow i don’t even know where to start with this, but whoever is using my name and URL to post rude comments on people’s chatboxes need to stop. You only want to start drama and come out with your hands clean, seriously get a fucking life. I don’t even talk to people and you go and comment them using my name and posting rude comments about their site?! And they obviously believe it since they use proxy. ITS NOT ME! If you know me from years ago you know i wouldn’t do that, i’m nice if you don’t say something first to me then i have no reason to say something rude to you. I don’t know who this person is or what their intentions are but whoever you are please know that you are a mean person and that you will soon be caught. Anyone who got a rude comment saying it was me please don’t believe it. They comment people i don’t even talk to and i found out because someone asked me if it was me who was posting those rude comments. I had to go on fb and find the url on this person to see for my self. WTF? Its not me so check the ip address but if you dont believe it then whatever, not like i visit your site or remember about it. The only good thing coming out of what your doing is that you bringing traffic to my site (:

I am very exited and happy to announce that i have updated the site content again after months. I get comments everyday from people who use my resources telling me how amazing they are and i get so happy and the feeling is wonderful knowing that people do use my content and that i’m not just wasting my time and effort. Today i logged in and i honestly didnt even plan to update today but once i saw this comments click i suddenly got on the “update mood” and added a few new things, Yay! I am going to try and update more often even though my pages are full of stuff, i would like to delete some but i know some people still download since my download file counter still increases every day (not trying to brag) so i’m probably wont clean up my content any time soon but be expecting new stuff. The new content added includes a pack a textures, different from what i usually do but i think they turned out nice. I also added 2 simple tutorials for beginners because i’m not an expert on coding so i only teach what i already know. Also a brush pack was added i hope you all enjoy the new content(:

Also today is my niece’s Birthday! She turned 5 today i cant believe shes that big, i remember when i would hold her in my arms, that only proofs that years go by so fast! that reminds me that my mom’s birthday is coming up on the 24 of this month also and i have to think of what i’m going to get for her, she really loves cosmetic stuff so maybe ill get her something from that.. um whats the word? *brain fart*
